Your responsibility will be to keep the online image of a television network stunning, dynamic, and cutting-edge. You'll have a 90 day internship/trial period. With compensation, health, and dental benefits beginning at the end of your evaluation period. You will receive a $50.00 salary increase every 90 days with a salary cap of $6000.00 per month. Being located in Florida is Not required. Qualifications / Skills:
Candidate must have a solid level of experience in design and in HTML and Flash including Actionscripting. Design education is preferred but not required. Must be a self-motivated passionate individual. Must have experience in PhotoShop, Flash, and DreamWeaver, ImageReady/Fireworks. Programming experience a plus.

The purpose of the site will be to to promote the shows on our schedule, to give scheduling information, to allow fans of particular shows to send the cast email, and to make show-related and channel-related merchandise available for fans to purchase. The site should be impressive due to its style and functionality.

The recipients of the channel will be (the television viewing audiences) in The United States, Canada, The United Kingdom, Spain, Japan, Germany, France and Italy. We will provide you with the .ai, eps, and swf logo files upon request. As a reference for design, the http://www.equestrian.tv/ site and http://www.history.com are the sites to surpass. Please design and submit a Home-Page for EquestrianChannel.com and submit it via email prior to September 12, 2008. The only design requirement is that both logos (black and white) be used. All other design decisions are completely at your discretion.

There are in fact three (3) positions open, and all work will be reviewed and evaluated by no later than September 15th. If you'd like to make any changes to your home-page submission, feel free to do so between now and September 12, 2008.
