Paul Devlin Productions LLC, is a small independent documentary production company and the five-time Emmy winning producers of the award-winning documentaries BLAST!, Power Trip and SlamNation. We are seeking Associate Producer interns.

Devlin Productions has produced two films which aired on HBO/Cinemax, SlamNation and PBS, Power Trip. We are currently in the festival circuit with our new documentary BLAST! - our production partners include BBC Storyville, Discovery Canada and Swedish and Finnish TV. BLAST! premiered at the Hot Docs Film Festival in Toronto, and is screening at Cork, Sheffield, Bergen, and the Imagine Science Film Festival in NYC -

We are starting post-production on our new documentary, a musical comedy, Super Star Dumb - The story of a man punished by his talent in a society where anything short of celebrity is failure, Super Star Dumb examines the broken promise of middle-class rock and roll stardom.

We are looking for an intern who can assist us with office and post-production tasks. The candidate would work closely with our office manager and producer in supervising:

office administration tasks
DVD design and production
film festival submissions
deliverables to broadcasters
outreach - educational and corporate
funding outreach

Ours is a small office and the intern will be working closely with all those involved in the completion of the film. This is not making runs and copies. This is a great chance to see independent documentary filmmaking in action!

The position is open immediately - hours are flexible. For credit or non-credit opportunities.
