Directors Guild of America Assistant Director Training Program

We are NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS for 2010 New York Directors Guild of America (DGA) Assistant Director Training Program!

The NY DGA AD Training Program is designed to provide opportunities for a limited number of individuals to become Assistant Directors of motion pictures. Trainees work as paid employees supervised by DGA members on various features, TV series, and commercials shooting primarily in New York City. Successful program completion results in eligibility for membership in the DGA as a Second Assistant Director.

Recent assignments include: SHUTTER ISLAND, JULIE AND JULIA, HANCOCK, SEX AND THE CITY, DOUBT, UGLY BETTY, FRINGE, THE ROAD, SHERLOCK HOLMES, and LAW AND ORDER.
