Lieberman Productions is a full-service direct marketing firm looking for a Testimonial Coordinator fluent in Spanish to join our production team on a full-time, freelance basis.

For 15+ years, Lieberman Production's infomercials have featured hundreds of REAL PEOPLE testimonials from around the country. Your job as a Testimonial Coordinator is to find Spanish speaking people whose real, life-transforming experiences will make our informercials compelling and real.

Key Responsibilities:
-Support Testimonial Associates and Project Producers in all elements of the Spanish speaking testimonial recruitment and booking
-Positive representation of brands through customer contact process
-High level of outbound calling to follow up on testimonial leads
-Substantial data entry related to prospective testimonials
-Creation of comprehensive notes and background information on all potential testimonials
-Relationship-building with potential testimonials
-Fulfillment of product mailings to potential testimonials
-Identification of appropriate Spanish speaking testimonials to elevate to production
-Recruitment and management of product user groups to produce potential testimonials. This may require travel.
-Support in on-set handling of testimonials selected for photos and television interviews. This may require travel.

Required Skills:
-Native Spanish speaker
-Bilingual English/Spanish
-Excellent and clear oral communication skills in both English and Spanish
-Good/acceptable written English skills
-Superior phone etiquette
-Excellent, fast typing skills
-Outstanding organizational skills
-Ability to work with changing deadlines and priorities
-Experience or ability to learn FileMaker Pro
-Familiarity with the Macintosh environment
-Good team player that can work independently

Preferred Qualifications:
-BA/BS degree
-2+ years experience in a business environment, preferably with high customer contact
-Film/TV production experience a plus, but not necessary

Physical/Disability information:
-Typing/at computer=90% of time
-No lifting required
-Hearing=100% of time
-Sight= near and distance vision required
