We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Senior Producer to join our Production team. This position will be based out of our Seattle, WA offices. The Senior Producer is the primary liaison with clients. The Senior Producer will work closely with clients and our creative and production team to drive the creative, quality, schedule and budgetary standards of client productions. The Senior Producer is responsible for facilitating the creative development and strategic foundation of each project and ensuring understanding of the clients business and creative objectives for effective brand positioning.
Essential Functions: Responsible for the development and execution of project scope and schedules Production Implementation: Monitor and understand production process for each client and ensure internal timelines, budgets and scopes are met. Participation in design review meetings to ensure creative output adheres to brand defined mandatories Work toward maintaining department measurement systems and processes Foster client relationships, by serving as a partner responsible for understanding the clients business and strategic marketing game plan. Work to communicate effectively and efficiently with clients to understand expectations, to ensure expectations are met, and to ensure changes/exceptions are understood Provide direction and leadership to designated the production team for the effective delivery of services to clients. Ability to position and articulate strategic creative brand solutions within internal team, tracking and summarizing client feedback Work with Acquisitions Department to acquire content from music labels, film studios, game publishers, stock footage suppliers and others as necessary in order to execute developed client productions Work with another producer on premiere accounts to ensure that there is always back-up with these clients, offering training and mentoring while working together on these accounts.
Qualifications: Knowledge of facets of video post production including pre-production planning and research, writing, motion and broadcast design, editing, encoding, quality control and duplication preferred Excellent analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills; ability to think creatively in the development of ideas and solutions Strong research skills for providing brand content and related market trends Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to synthesize information Solid project management skills Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline heavy, high pressure, team environment Solid experience in crafting concise and compelling brand message and content General knowledge of industries that serve as resources for final product: music labels, film studios, game publishers, stock footage suppliers General knowledge of content licensing terms and laws Five (5) or more years in a creative video production environment. Two (2) or more years experience working with clients as a video producer One (1) or more years experience with Final Cut Pro or similar video editing software One (1) or more years in video field production on remote or studio shoots Background in branding & design Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software.
