Job Responsibilities:

Assist in all facets of establishing and maintaining TV media campaign orders.

Prepare and update client proposals, and customize presentations.
Send materials to prospective clients, conduct research, and thoroughly follow-through on all requests.

Process West Coast originated orders, handle the financial credit process, communicate with agencies as directed.

Reconcile contract/order discrepancies with clients, and maintain database.

Assist Director of Advertising Sales with analyzing and reporting ratings and with other projects as they arise.

Research updates on client spending or brand analysis.

Update Supervisor on all issues in a timely, accurate manner.

Perform administrative support duties for the Director of Sales including: travel, expense budgeting, supplies, premiums, sales meetings, presentations, events, sending invitations, etc.
Communicate and corresponds with outside offices and internal departments in an effective and timely manner.

Maintain and updates all assigned reports accurately and promptly.


Required Skills:
College Degree in Communications and/or Business required.
Internet savvy, MS WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, OUTLOOK.
Understands and takes initiative in the needs of the sales process and is able to deliver an excellent, thorough, and well thought-out execution of a final project.
Knowledge of television business and procedures in TV preferred.
Knowledge of ratings preferred.
Ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional manner required.
Must be a flexible team-player.
Organized, solution-oriented, and an effective communicator, both oral and written, in person and remotely.
Must be able to work some additional hours when needed.
Ability to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions.
Ability to organize and schedule work effectively, and work well and accurately under time constraints.
Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
