Job Posting Date: 11/18/09 Russian speaking assistant for director wanted
Busy film director/producer is looking for a bi-lingual Russian/English speaking assistant on a part time base. You can work from home and most of the work will be translations and correspondence. You need to good with language, preferably a writer or film student. We have just released a feature film in Russia and need someone to help with the promotion: translate my press releases and blogs and post them online, coordinate this with the distributors and communicate with the distributors in other Russian speaking territories, where the film will be released in 2010 (Ukraine, Georgie, Kazakhstan). I also need a new screenplay translated into Russian. I would think that three hours a day would cover everything needed and you can do that at your own schedule while pursuing other activities or jobs. Pay will be $1200/month and the job will be for one or two months only. I am looking for someone reliable, quick thinking, computer savy, native Russian speaking, interested or involved with media and entertainment.
