A VFX studio in Culver City is seeking an entry-level intern for a paid full-time position. We are looking for someone who has an interest in working in the Visual Effects Industry. This is an ideal position for someone who is upbeat, organized and wants to learn how a small sized production company runs. This is a permanent position, those interested in short-term employment need not apply.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Front desk reception including phones, email, etc.
Maintaining office supplies
Ship packages, fed-ex, mail, etc.
Scheduling appointments, booking conference room
Coordinating parking passes
Client services (ordering lunch, conference room set up)
Ensure the smooth running of the entire front office.
General studio upkeep (calling for repairs & maintenance)
Special projects as assigned
