THE PLACE: Fort Lauderdale, FL

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary manager, representative and stakeholder for the development and performance of assigned Pick-N-Click (PNC) platform and system components. Additional responsibilities are to manage and oversee the timely and cost effective execution of software development related to the expansion and maintenance of the Pick-n-Click platform, management and performance of dedicated department staff and external vendors to meet objectives, and provide support and guidance as needed to other department systems.

Execute strategy for assigned projects related to software development, system reliability, user functionality, customer satisfaction, sales growth, competitive positioning and pricing.
Act as escalation point for all issues related to assigned responsibilities and platforms.
Assist management in supervision of client services for all PNC clients.
Communicate with internal and external divisions as need to meet department and role objectives.
Enhance, manage and monitor assigned products for all clients.
Develop, manage, and implement new technologies for assigned products.
Create and conduct presentations and sales meetings for potential PNC clients.
Manage reseller relationships.
Provide internal and external technical troubleshooting for Pick-n-Click.
Daily contact for key PNC technical vendor/partner relationships.
Develop, oversee and implement internal processes and procedures.
Interface with key ZPA managers such as Accounting, HR, IT and Department Heads.
Technical issue resolution for high level problems.
Develop budgets for assigned projects, obtain necessary approvals and execute against approved project financials.
Process vendor invoices.
Review and approve legal documents related to assigned products.
Assist with vendor/partner/reseller agreements and contracts.
Provide support/leadership to Retail Technologies team.
Conceptualize new product development and existing product enhancement.
Conduct competitive product analysis and implement results.
Conduct quarterly vendor meetings for product application reviews.
Coordinate new product/feature training to AE's, dealers, retail clients, and distributors.
Develop and implement new product/feature roll out processes.
Interview & recommend prospective employees as appropriate.
Adjust product pricing based on business goals and competitive pressures.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.
Must be very computer literate with proficiency in all MS Office products.
5-7 years of interactive, project management or engineering experience.
Excellent phone, writing and inter-personal communication skills.
General familiarity with and understanding of HTML, XML, database design and internet related technologies
