• Oversee and Supervise a variety of production and post-production projects.

• Work in a fast-paced studio environment.

• The right individual will help define this position. There will be opportunities for advancement.

• Schedule/book/oversee projects for the facility.

• Interface with producers, sales and operations to ensure smooth project workflow.

• Check and correct any conflicts on the schedule.

• Create reports

Candidate must be capable of working within a group handling multiple levels of approvals across several departments.

Must be able to manage time efficiently and handle multiple projects at different stages of development adjusting priorities as needed.

Must be willing to work in a fast paced environment staying within budget and meeting crucial deadlines.

Must be a solutions oriented person!

Must have an excellent work ethic.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Hands-on problem solving skills, and outstanding oral and written communication skills.
* Knowledge of a wide range of desktop applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Visio (or equivalents).
* Technical skills including Microsoft Windows, Apple OS X, and knowledge of Flash and other development software.
* Capable of learning new processes and technologies quickly.
* Ability to embrace teamwork and collaboration.

Japanese language skills a PLUS!
