OFFICE MANAGER/ PRODUCTION COORDINATOR WANTED
Corporate video/meeting production company in midtown Manhattan seeks bright, enthusiastic individual for administrative and office production work. Must have exceptional written and oral communication skills, be highly organized, and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Four-year college degree and at least two years prior production and office experience required. Non-linear editing (Final Cut), Photoshop, and DVD authoring experience a plus. Full time position. Responsibilities include booking talent and crews, liaising with external vendors, prospects and clients, DVD authoring, duplication and labeling, answering phones, processing invoices, preparing overnight and messenger deliveries, coordinating travel arrangements, drafting correspondence, managing office supplies inventory, ensuring kitchen is appropriately stocked, ensuring copiers, printers, and fax machine have necessary supplies, working with vendors to maintain computers and office equipment.
