Exciting opportunity for the right person!
Exciting opportunity for a smart, hard-charging, well organized individual who can take direction and run with the ball. Position is assisting the President/Executive Producer of a Plymouth-based TV production company now producing a hit Food Network program as well as assisting the Production Coordinator. Prior Office P.A. and or Coordinating is a plus.
Job duties include keeping a calendar of appointments for the E.P., making phone calls and sending e-mail, keeping up with various documents and spread sheets, researching hotels, flights, car services and much - much more.
Hours are primarily Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, but must be flexible to stay late if needed. Must be available by phone and e-mail on weekends and evenings and be able to handle situations if they arise during off hours. It's Production and it changes all the time, so you must be well organized and able to multi-task, be a forward thinker and pay attention to details.
Must be proficient in:
MS Office
Excel
Entourage if you are a Mac user
Outlook if you are a PC user
Looking to fill this position immediately and will go through September and possibly beyond.
