Thorough knowledge of broadcast business; ability to make decisions under pressure; excellent communication, motivation, leadership, and organizational skills; strong knowledge of journalistic standards and related legal guidelines.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years as a television News Manager.

Duties:
Manage all aspects of daily news operation including organization of targeted content; analyze audience research; maintain department budget; create a productive work environment; build and maintain strong ties to the community.
