Growing worldwide film and tv distribution company is hiring a consultant for its distribution and marketing efforts to start ASAP.

Job requires excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude in a fast paced, intense environment.

We plan to acquire 30-45 films per year.

Please note that this is a contracted consulting position. The duration of services will be discussed if candidates are contacted by the company.

Candidate requirements:

College Degree; advanced degree, a plus

Candidate must have minimum 4 years experience in the area of worldwide marketing/distribution of films

Knowledge of worldwide distribution and marketing as they encompass either theatrical, or DVD, television, new media and other non-theatrical areas of distribution

Solid understanding of post production deliverables (both film and digital)and DVD/DLT creation.

Experienced in print trafficking & distribution logistics.

Versed in conventional marketing practices (radio, tv, print, etc) as well as new marketing techniques (web viral, grassroots, stunt, etc)

Solid understanding and experience with contract management as pertaining to deliverables' requirements

Proven experience in the acquisitions of films for distribution a plus.

Ability to manage, motivate and thrive with a small internal staff; effectively and smoothly coordinate with external vendors; plus, professionally interact with diverse personalities on a project by project basis

Must be able to handle high stress environments with grace

Exceptionally organized and stellar project management abilities

Acute planning and follow up skills; attention to detail essential

Strong verbal communication/writing skills and math/accounting skills a must

Strong computer skills - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Adobe, etc.

Provide and facilitate operations management support

Must be team player, strong work ethic

Good attitude and a confident personality preferred
