Our Corporate Finance department is looking for a self-motivated and conscientious Manager with business analysis experience, attention to detail and superior communication skills to act as a finance liaison and consultant to other departments. This individual will assess department needs to develop and deliver tools, reports, guidance, and solutions that ensure the fiscal responsibility of non-finance clients.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with individual departments (sales, marketing, programming, administrative) to track, analyze and report on spending as it compares to budget.
• Determine each department’s finance and analysis requirements and implement reporting and tracking processes as necessary.
• Create project-based budgets that include cross departmental spending; track spending on projects against budget; and allocate costs to departments as appropriate.
• Act as finance liaison to each department to complete forecasts of future expenses.
• Develop departmental budgets and prepare final budget data for management review.
• Complete special projects, such as GSN monthly and quarterly reporting, as well as ad hoc requests by finance senior management, as required.

Requirements:

• BA/BS Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Must have 3 - 5 years business/financial analysis experience.
• Experience with financial statements, closing cycle, and budget preparation.
• Experience with accounting applications; Great Plains experience preferred.
• Strong Excel expertise and Microsoft Office required.
• Must have demonstrated strong communication skills.
