- Support business development
- Answer phones
- File projects
- Act as a liaison between clients and technical department
- Act as in-house Customer Service Representative for internal and external clients
- Assist in coordinating project work
- Schedule appointments for consultants
- Continue relations with current clients

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years experience as Paralegal / Legal Assistant.- Legal background, litigation support experience preferred
- Exhibit a professional appearance and customer service demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for excellence, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency
- Must work well as a part of a team or solo, with little supervision
- Must be able to handle pressure and deadlines
- Must be able to multi-task
- Proven ability in managing time is critical and strong presentation skills are essential
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to work an average yearly of 45 hours per week
