THE JOB: Currently accepting resumes for a Jr. Product Specialist

THE PLACE: Los Angeles, CA

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Highly motivated Individual with a genuine interest in the Automotive Industry.

• Shoot Production for All Nissan North America products.


• Procure vehicles for Broadcast and print productions directly from Nissan North America. Including organizing logistics and car-prep of vehicles related to film, print or product placement.


• Organize International shipping, transport and car prep in LCC (overseas) Countries.


• Ensure the vehicles are product correct and ready to shoot, Maintain good communication with production and account management on all shoot related issues.


• Working to develop a detailed understanding of the Car prep business, planning of vehicle logistics and the costs involved.

There is a need to travel on location specifically on television shoots, to ensure the account group and production have an expert on site to advise on any legal or product questions, there is also a need to oversee the car prep companies and deal with any circumstances that may arise. This is considered within the normal duties of the job but often requires nights and weekends in addition to regular hours.

Training will be provided in all aspects of the job.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications with a focus in Media or relevant, equivalent experience.
  
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Outlook/Express, with the ability to learn new computer systems.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
