We are looking for an Executive Producer for the 10pm news.

The right person for the position will have three or more years experience as a news manager, plus three or more years newscast line producing experience.Qualified applicants must have excellent news judgment and instincts, must be an excellent news writer and must be creative with use of video and graphics. Candidates must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills needed to provide the strategic, tactical and creative oversight for the newscasts and will be responsible for executing the overall strategic news plan. The Executive Producer must work quickly under deadline stress, be a good communicator and must have exceptional people skills.

The Executive Producer will also work with news management on execution of all our News strategy and tactics. Candidates must be must be able to quickly react to breaking news and help execute news departments breaking news plan. Candidates must be detail-oriented, exceptionally well organized, have a positive, can-do attitude, take initiative, be a problem-solver and must be able to work in a team environment.
