Key Responsibilities:
• Manage CEO’s calendar
• Answer CEO’s office phone line, roll calls, and take messages
• Book CEO’s travel
• Cover receptionist desk on occasion
• Oversee interns on daily basis
• Work with website and film production departments
• Potential to write scripts and develop stories
• Manage office/purchase supplies
• Website customer support

Requirements:
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Previous assistant or administrative experience preferred
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Must embrace learning; be flexible and thick-skinned
• Ability to succeed in a results-driven environment
