Director of Advertising and Sponsorships

Experienced digital ad sales director needed for a Web 2.0 new media incubator. We create, distribute and market original HD content for broadband, mobile and alternative platforms focusing on women 30+.

Get in on the ground floor of this emerging market with an exciting, boutique company that wants to make a splash in this entertainment space.

Candidates must have:
-A least 2 years, and preferably 5 years online ad sales experience in both agency and client-direct sales
-The ability to conceptualize and sell non-traditional sponsorship and organic product placement packages
-Strong, existing relationships with women's lifestyle brands
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
