Nashvilles largest full service production studio is taking applications for an Associate Producer position. We are growing and need a highly creative, high energy, self motivated and well rounded Associate Producer to support the various productions and projects that our clients produce. The ideal candidate has Field and Studio experience and has a full grasp of the entire television production process from creative development to post production.

DUTIES AND TASKS 1. Support Sr. Producer/Director by providing production and program development support to the NSS Sales initiatives of the NSS sales team. 2. Provide studio and field direction support. 3. Provide creative input on projects. 4. Develop opportunities for corporate ownership of content for consideration. 5. Make above and below the line production decisions. 6. Manage project budgets. 7. Handle special projects as needed. 8. All other duties as needed. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES 1. Extensive working knowledge of television production and post-production processes. 2. Five (5) years experience in television show producing and directing practices and procedures (Field and/or Studio). 3. Excellent budget skills. 4. Excellent creative skills. 5. Excellent organizational skills with attention-to-detail. 6. Strong decision-making skills. 7. Strong computer skills. 8. Ability to reliably get to work and be punctual. Candidate needs to be organized, well spoken, able to thrive under pressure, and able to multitask.
