Position will function as right hand support to VP, Creative Advertising, who is responsible for finishing touches of trailers and TV spots.

Responsibilities:
•Dubbing materials for vendors
•Manage invoices & billing
•Make copies of various video tapes
•Make runs to Video & Sound Transfer department on the lot
•Interface with creative & production vendors
•Manage all incoming calls
•Manage calendar for VP
•Expense reporting
•Special projects as needed

Skills & Abilities:
•Knowledge of types of video tapes and what they are used for.
•Knowledge of basic sound elements.
•Knowledge of Timecodes.
•Ability to work in fast demanding environment.
•Ability to deal with various personalities.
•Strong written & communication skills.
•Ability to multitask.
•Strong time management ability

Requirements:
•Film/TV graduate
•Post Production, Studio experience a plus
