We are a growing, successful, award-winning animation Production Company located in Hollywood, CA. The environment is creative and fast paced.

This Production Coordinator position is a unique opportunity for an energetic, out-going individual. The ideal candidate is detailed orientated, able to prioritize, reliable, flexible, has a pleasant demeanor, outgoing personality, and great people skills. We are looking for someone who is confident and proactive with excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal). They must have proven ability to utilize good judgment, work with a minimum of supervision, and be conscientious and self-motivated.

Duties include but are not limited to:
-Coordinate and arrange meetings
-Track production schedules and work of artists
-Data entry
-Provide support to production team and artists
-Archive artwork
-Organize artist supplies
-Order office and artist supplies
-Assist Executive Producers and Producers with the coordination of productions both externally and internally
-Minimal runs

-1-2 years of experience in 2D, preferably as a production coordinator
-Detail orientated and organized
-Able to prioritize tasks
-Willing to work overtime when needed
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
-Reliable car
