THE JOB:Currently accepting resumes for a Regional Account Supervisor

THE PLACE: Miami, FL

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a candidate to manage campaigns relating to real estate. The Advertising Supervisor will be working under the direction of the Regional Account Director, Account Supervisors will act as the point of contact for the Client and lead the team towards strategic advertising and marketing initiatives that produce client results and foster a strong partnership between the agency and the client.

The successful candidate will lead district projects through the agency account service staff and is expected to coordinate all resources of the agency as it pertains to their client needs. This includes working with the following members of the agency team: Account Director, Media Planning, Media Buying, Account Executives and Account Coordinators.

Some duties include, but are not limited to:

Develop advertising/marketing objectives/strategies/tactics Advise and discuss quarterly media plans
Direct AE and traffic, reviewing scripts and layouts
Review budget statements with client Develop/plan/execute promotions
Prepare and present media/creative/promotional information at client meetings
Prepare and present monthly advertising initiatives
Work with Media Planning in developing media opportunities and solutions
Work with media planner/buyer to develop added value merchandising Assist in internal management of account services process and procedures, etc.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent, relevant experience.
5+ years experience as an Account Supervisor in an advertising or marketing agency.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience with Real Estate
