One of Australia’s most innovative media companies is on the lookout for an experienced and talented producer to join our team in Sydney.

Working closely with the Executive Producer and Content Director, you will plan and coordinate the activities of the Triple M Grill Team and help maintain a positive work environment for the team. You’ll oversee various off site activities such as publicity stunts, outside broadcasts and major events. As a key member of the team, you’ll be constantly looking out for new content opportunities and feeding these original ideas into the show.

Make no mistake – we’re looking for the best! As the successful candidate, you will:

• Have experience producing a live radio or TV show, preferably in a metropolitan or major regional centre
• Be willing to work additional hours in order to get the job done – you’re someone who enjoys going above and beyond at work
• Know how to tap into the issues that matter to our audience
• Have an inspirational leadership style – you know how to take control of a situation and make sensible decisions
• Have the drive and energy to get up at 3am five days a week
• Know how to work to deadlines, multitask and remain effective under pressure
• Have great administrative and organisational skills
• Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Want to become a revered Executive Producer one day
