About The Job

Our team is looking for a miracle worker.

We work in a fast paced dynamic environment and need a star to help organise the team.

Tasks will include managing diaries, financial reporting, co-ordinating presentations to advertising agencies, taking minutes and generally keeping the seniors in the Integration team focused on delivering great solutions for clients.

Reporting to the General Manager, each and every day is different, you never know what to expect - what we do know is this an awesome opportunity for an organised and efficient administrator with a “can do” attitude.

The successful applicant will work magic in Word, Excel and Powerpoint and they will have strong numeracy skills. Add in diplomacy, charm and discretion and we want to talk to you.
